Correspondence by email is encouraged as it provides an instant response and is monitored continuously by our administrative staff. We have the ability to send inspection reports directly from site and send inspection notices, permits and certificates by email from the office.Please note that we can send hard copy documents by post on request.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any inspection. Your building permit will state the mandatory types of inspections that are required for your project. To book an inspection please contact us via phone, email or the inspection portal on our website.
